Orders
What is your order policy?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We take weekends and holidays off to recharge (practice what you preach, right?). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

And just a heads-up: during high-volume moments, processing may take a tiny bit longer. Thanks for being patient while we keep the balance flowing.

Can I update my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to make updates. If you need to make a change or cancel your order please email us at hello@balancingact.co with your order number in the subject line. We’ll do our best to help before it ships.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept major credit cards for all purchases.

When will my credit card be charged?

You will be charged once the order is placed.

Can I use my discount code on any item?

Discounts are valid on full-priced items only and can't be combined with other offers. Sale items and subscription orders aren't eligible for additional discounts.

What if my order's not quite right?

No worries! Send us an email at hello@balancingact.co with your order number, and our team will sort it out ASAP.

What if my order arrives damaged or the items are incorrect?

If your order arrived looking less than perfect, please submit a request through our Returns Portal or email us at hello@balancingact.co within 7 days of delivery, and we'll take care of it.

Will you share the tracking information?

Can’t wait for your package? Honestly, neither can we. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and can take 48–72 hours, so don’t stress if it’s slow to show.

Shipping
What is your shipping policy?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We currently ship within the United States, bringing balance straight to your doorstep.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. International orders may be subject to duties or customs fees upon delivery. These aren’t included at checkout, so we recommend checking with your local customs office ahead of time. No surprises, just smooth shipping.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 across the contiguous U.S. — no code needed. It’s automatically applied at checkout before taxes and after discounts.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Once processed, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

  • Standard Ground Shipping (including orders that qualify for free shipping): 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Orders placed after 5pm CST on Fridays, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday and ship within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please note: shipping time estimates do not include the business days required for order processing.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do! Choose our expedited option at checkout for delivery in about 2–4 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only in the U.S., but we’re working on it, so keep those passports (and wishlists) ready.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or hasn’t shown up?

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. Balancing Act is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. For delivery disputes, please contact the carrier directly, and feel free to reach out to us for guidance.

Returns
What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Balancing Act™ experience but, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Returns are simple through our online Returns Portal.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return or exchange.

What is my timeline to initiate a return?

Returns must be requested through the Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery.

Who handles the return shipping fee?

We’ve got it covered. Return shipping is on us for eligible returns. Just head to our Returns Portal and a prepaid label will be created for you.

What if I opened the product?

Your first purchase of each individual product is eligible for a one-time return or refund — even if it’s opened or partially used. Unopened and unused items are also welcome back when they meet our return guidelines. Access our Returns Portal to start your return.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned product is received and inspected.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Returns are processed within 2–3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Please allow 5–7 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.

Subscriptions
Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! Our subscriptions are designed to keep your routine steady and stress-free. You choose the product, the timing, and we’ll handle the rest. To initiate a subscription, head over to our Subscribe & Save page.

How do you handle billing and renewals?

Once you pick your delivery schedule, we handle the rest. Your subscription renews automatically, and your card is charged on the same day each month as your original order.

What are the benefits of subscribing?

Subscribers enjoy exclusive monthly savings, automatic deliveries, priority access to new launches and restocks, an easy-to-use account portal, and flexible delivery schedules that fit your life. Think of it as your wellness on autopilot.

How do I modify my subscription?

Simply head to your account to make any updates you want — swap your blend, shift your delivery date, skip a month, or pause or cancel whenever life calls for it. You’re always in full control.

Can I use a discount code with my subscription?

Welcome discounts can be used on your first subscription purchase only, unless otherwise noted during special promotions. Subscribers also get early access to exclusive discounts and product drops.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! You can skip a delivery anytime directly from your subscription dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No commitments here. Just cancel before your next billing date to skip the charge.

What if I want to switch products?

Log into your account and swap your product anytime. Zero hassle.

What is your return policy for subscriptions?

Subscriptions follow the same return rules as regular purchases, including the one-time opened-bottle guarantee for first-time purchases. If a renewal has already shipped, it cannot be canceled mid-journey but may still be returnable within the return window via the portal.

How do I update my shipping address?

Log into your account and update your address before your renewal date so your next order goes to the correct place.
