SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We strongly believe in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you make from us. This is the reason for The Balancing Act LLC Customer Service Guarantee. Below is our full Shipping & Return Policy for all orders placed directly through The Balancing Act LLC.
SHIPPING POLICY.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard U.S. shipping usually arrives within 2-5 business days after processing. Delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer discounted or free shipping promotions.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & ORDER CHANGES
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We strongly believe in our products and want you to feel confident giving them a try. This is why we offer a one-time opened-bottle satisfaction return for first-time purchases of any product. To simplify the process, customers can submit returns through our self-service Returns Portal:

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
To be considered for a refund, exchange, or store credit:

Your return must be requested through the Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery

Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return label

All return shipments must be received within 90 days of the original delivery date
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method and may take up to two billing cycles to appear. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that we are not responsible for return transit delays or carrier issues once your package has been shipped back.
OPENED VS. UNOPENED PRODUCT
We offer a one-time return or refund for opened or partially used products for first-time purchases of each SKU. Unopened and unused items may be returned if all other return conditions are met.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened products after the one-time guarantee has been used

Products marked “final sale”

Gift cards

Items returned after 90 days
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit the issue through the Returns Portal or email our team at hello@balancingact.co within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

We will replace or refund the item as appropriate. In these cases, we will typically cover the cost of return shipping or may not require a physical return.

US RETURN RESTRICTIONS

Prepaid return labels are only provided for eligible domestic U.S. orders when requested through the portal within 30 days of delivery.

Labels must be used within 7 days of issue.

If the original packaging has been discarded, you must use packaging that matches the return label’s weight/size to avoid additional postage fees.

Returns sent after 7 days may only qualify for store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN RESTRICTIONS
For orders shipped outside the United States:

Prepaid return labels are not provided

The customer must arrange and pay for return shipping

Items must be shipped within 21 days of delivery

Tracking information and the packing slip must be included
The Balancing Act LLC is not responsible for international returns lost in transit.
RISK OF LOST/STOLEN PRODUCT
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. The Balancing Act LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. For delivery disputes, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

We offer subscriptions to help you stay consistent with your routine without running out.

Your payment method will be charged on your renewal date
Manage Your Subscription
You can skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your customer portal or by emailing hello@balancingact.co.
Returns for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same return rules as standard orders, including the one-time opened-bottle guarantee for first-time purchases of each product. If a renewal order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for a return through the portal within the allowed return window.
